I had ordered a wooden sofa and a lounge chair on Sept 7th and till date I haven’t received the delivery of goods. Despite repeated calls to customer care and raising ticket on the website these people come up with same old text book replies "Apologies for the inconvenience", "The product will be dispatched in 2-3 days" but it has been over a month past their promised delivery period of 5-7 weeks and I haven’t received my furniture. When I tried to explain my situation that I badly needed the furniture with the customer care guy he spoke rudely and hung up on me.
Only word of advise: Never buy from Wooden Street. It has been a pathetic experience with them. THEY DON’T CARE.
