I wish there was a negative star option only for the service
Pathetic customer care, delayed delivery you spend money and be at the mercy of them to get updates and delivery at there own time.
Even the Store Manager and Bangalore Sales Manager will give you response only until order is placed.
And Yes the most irritating part, customer care representatives are never available for existing order but if you want to place a new order Voila! they appear like Ginnies.
Placed order on 14th August with an assurance of 3 weeks delivery and guess what after thousands of unresponded calls the first item was delivered on 3rd October.
And on 6th November we got the remaining order which was delivered assembled which could not enter the sevice lift so we had to pay 1700 for delivery via staircase.
so while placing order please consider the size of the ’’Service Lift’’.
Delivered Product looked good except one leg chipped.
Quality is not extraordinary, its just like any vendor would have provided.
