Booked a bunk bed and sofa cum bed through Order id: 22840 and had received them as mentioned in the website. Products are very nice and the wood finishing is good.
Took two months time from the order to delivering the products which was mentioned before and was acceptable as the products were started only after the payment and design are confirmed. Had asked for a customization in the bunk bed, was given drawings, got confirmation from myside only then the product was started manufacturing. The wood quality was fine and the products are heavy because of the solid wood. Packing was excellent and had took lot of care so that there are no scratches on the products. Person had came all the way from Jaipur in the lorry along with the shipment and had delivered on to the fourth floor without any extra payment. The only hiccup for my order is the installation of the products which had a slight delay but was done properly by a third party carpenter’TappMe’. Installation was also done without any payment to the third party.
