We purchased a 3 seater sofa, everything about the company and the product is poor.
1) product delivered only 2.5 months.
2) everytime I had to talk to a different executive to check the status. Apparently 3 of the executives I have been speaking to have left the org. Every single time I had to apprise my concern to a random executive who is clueless what is happening.
3)The product delivered was in not as mentioned in the customization. However extra charges have been taken. Color was different, quality of the wood and fabric is poor.
4) I try speaking to an executive after the delivery, they keep the call on waiting.
