I have placed an order 31083 - 2 months back for a lounge chair. They said max 6-8 weeks. But its more than 10 weeks now still product is not ready. I placed a cancellation of the order, but none of their support staff are aware how to cancel the order. Multiple calls, emails, chats - but no result.
I strongly suggest, there are much better vendors who least care of the customer. This company and their staff are the worst in the industry. Still I am not sure whether I will get the refund.
