I placed order for 8 furniture items @woodenstreet online store( order id 30852) on 4th April18 with the confirmation from sales team that oder will be treated under the catogory "rush order" and will be delivered before the standard delivery schedule at my bangalore address.
Even after my frequent follow-ups and umpteen no of emails, they keep on changing the delivery date. At last, 6 items delivered on 10th June18.
Though I demanded cancellation and refund on the remaining items, through a series of emails and call to customer care, no response received.
I asked for the the escalation details and every member in customer care says only persons name and she never responds nor calls and there is no process to even generate a complaint number and end up at the mercy of one person!
I am still waiting for confirmation on cancelation and refund from the so called accounts mAnasultanger for Bangalore.
