Very bad client service

The product is worth the money. But Wooden street fails to update the customer about the progress or the transit. After waiting for 5 to 7 weeks, on inquiry, the response we get does not satisfy, or they don’t even pick up the phone. The chat facility in their website, says hi and hello but when we ask for the issue, they just disappear abruptly. After waiting for 12 weeks and after continuous follow-up, which is strenuous the product is delivered with minor defects. Surprisingly they claim the delay is due to unsatisfactory quality and the product delivered is damaged. Not trustworthy in one word. They promised to send a carpenter to rectify the damage. Hope they will at least do this without hassle.
