I have a pair of Woodland camel toe shoes, I purchased this product in October 2016 and that time executive of showroom and company said that this product has lifetime warranty.
Now almost three months completed and my shoes are torn from bottom side. For this problem I visited to Woodland Showroom in Gurgaon and they said that sir this happened due to water and we cannot repair or replace it because this condition is not covered under warranty. I said him that as per your statement this product is covered under lifetime warranty and you have to repair or replace my shoes. Whatever the reason for this problem you have to replace my shoes. Then after so many requests he finally refused to take any action on my problem. I purchased woodland product that is biggest mistake from my side because they are not clear on their policy and conditions.
