I brought a Shoe of woodland brand named Woodland Leather Outdoors(Brown) for Rs.3000 from woodland store which I felt very disappointing and uncomfortable while wearing it.
Customer service is not satisfactory when I purchased this product everything was fine but after wearing the shows I realized it’s fitting is not good. So, I went for a customer service to complain but they didn’t gave any satisfactory reply to my complaint and urged that it’s fine and there’s nothing to worry about this issue.
They were ignorant and no politeness and sense of humour was strict, equally being negligible towards staff and customers. There’s no sense of staff courtesy among people. Wasted my money on this product!
