I bought a pair of woodlands sandal for a international tour. The straps came off in 5 days even with very less usage. Very bad customer service they have if we go with a complaint. They are not even ready for replacement. Please don’t trust woodlands products because their service ends when you pay. Lifetime warranty is just a fake promise they give to sell. What type of life time repair free can it be for a product which doesn’t last even for a week. Customers cannot be expected to wait endlessly for their reply mail and walking to their shop just because we bought their product. How much time do we spend in asking a fair question on their product? Poor service and products.
