I bought a pair of shoes online from woodlandworldwide site. Ive informed them at the time of buying that I may need to exchange is the size 43 is large, and they said that exchange will beeasy. When I wrote to them on the day of delivery itself that I need size 42, I realized how pathetic their post-sale customer service is. After 2 days, got an email to give it to any store for exchange. When I went to a store, they neither gave the smaller size(saying no stock), not willing to give other model of same or lower value, nor gave any Cred824it note. When I wrote to estore@woodlandworldwide, till now no clear answer what to do now to get the exchange. Copied care@woodlandworldwide.com. No clear instruction yet! They will give open lies:we tried to reach you over phone but could not(my phone is 100% working). When you try to call their customer care 1800.103.3445, phone does not go through. my next option is to take it to consumer complaint court or forum. I never let go any seller with such poor attitude.
