I use the Wood land products from several years and every time I notices services is very poor, today also experienced same from Bangalore-100Ft road Indiranagar Branch. Show room Manager or Staff will not keep their Promises during the customer purchasing the Product, will understand only when we return back to show room for an Services of expectations with cost aswell.
Reason: Product which I purchased a year back and took it for services today to change the sole but staff manager is refused saying that we cant repair or send to Factory.
