As most of the reviews here say, quality and service of woodland brand has gone to the dogs. I had purchased a trouser worth Rs. 1800/ . Had hardly used it for a couple of times. After a month the zip got damaged and I went to the shop ( Earthline apparels pvt lmt, authorised woodland showroom in Thane ). I was told to come back after a week. After a week , again I went to collect the same, then I was told that the zip was not available and it will take another week.
The week followed and I again went there, when I was told that the trouser is ready and it will take another 15 mins. So I decided to come back after a while, then the showroom people called and told the trouser was still not ready and , they will give me feedback after 4 days. That was the limit of cheating and my patience too but I couldnt do anything. Is this called as value for money ? They didnt even bother to apologize or even call even for leting me know what was happening with my trouser. I have decided to take this issue to woodland authorities as well as consumers forum. But I seriously doubt woodland would take any action against it as I see so many complaints here.
Can anyone suggest , how can we make them accountable for this ?
