I am writing this review after much frustration with the woodland shoes people.
I was fooled with this image of Woodland ’’Shoes which faces any weather’’ and went to buy on of the pairs at pune woodland outlet at MG Road. Well I was really happy to see this particular pair and I bought it with my credit card. This was my first woodland shoes. I paid around Rs.1900/- for this pair.
So that was the story of me owning a Woodland shoes. I was happy.
After using the shoes for 1 week or so I saw creases on my shoes. Well I went again to the woodland showroom and told them about it. They said it happens with all the new shoes, I believed them.
Then I continued to wear the shoes for 3-4 months. After around 6 months the sole of my shoes started cracking and now they are total cracked. I went to the woodland showroom and stated this problem to them. They were totally ignorant about it and told me that they cannot do anything regarding it as this particular is no more manufactured at their factory. I was really upset with their attitude and reply.
Now I am planning to go to the consumer court with this problem and will take this issue to its end.
Well my question to everyone is that why should we go after a branded stuff if companies cheat you and loot ones money like this.
I would personally suggest that one should stop buying woodland shoes as this may happen to anyone else too.
Think once before u buy a Woodland.
