Hi Guys,
I have purchased a shoes pair from woodland showroom, AERO CLUB, MG Road, Pune for Rs 2200. But soon after a month the shoes started lossing its pasting also started comming across the creases on it. So I went to the showroom and said about the problem, then after that they submitted the shoes and said that it will take 15 days to repair it and said that they will have to send it to Head office Delhi. It was ok with me. I called them after 15 days for the shoes status, then I found that it is send to Head office, but they dont have status when it is going to come back.
THis ways it is almost a month completed after giving them a shoes pair for repair but there is no solid answer at woodland. I am really frustated with the service by woodland.
I have decided to teach them a lession on this as they are not treating thier customer well. There is no worth in the cost they are costing as they have very pathetic service. I am logging to log a complaint against them and I am going to pull them to cosumer forum.
I will update you guys, but listen to me...never go for woodland shoes...the quality is not good...also service is very bad....
