This is a brand I grew up with and was synonymous with Durablity, Comfort and design.
At last I had my hands on a woodland. Its been 2 months since I bought my first pair of woodlands.A beautiful pair of sandals.
I have a problem buying footwear as my foot size is 10+ and sandals of this size are non existent. But to my surprise a casual visit to WL store at borivli changed that for me.These sandals are very comfortable and since they are imparted with velcro they snugly fit your feet and are adjustable. They arent too heavy as well.Just the other day I thought of wearing them to the gym.
A close inspection at them reveals that the quality of materials used is good and so is the design.
The leather finish is good and so is the overall stitching.I opted for the brown color.
The design is very sporty (Unlike BATAs Quo Vadis) and yet they have an earthy rugged feel.Havent used them in the rains though but Im sure that shouldnt be a problem.
The sole shows no sign of fatigue, cracks or weathering as of now (considering I weigh 85+kgs).Its as good as new.The stiches are good too considering Im quite rough when it comes to footwear.
However its too early for me to comment on them but so far so good.
I also have a pair of Lee Coopers bought in 1999 still going good but I expect something better from woodland.
Ive heared and seen a lot about this brand and products before investing a sizeable amount in them
and
Im sure this pair wont let me down.
P.S. It doesnt matter if the products are Made in China/Afghanistan/Iraq..... as long as they are woodlands else is rest assured.
