I feel Woodland is over rated ! I always had a good experience with woodland products but now I feel the quality is dipping down to the earth. Shoes ain’t that comfortable as they were before. The thing that I want to emphasis is the their customer service is getting worse day by day. I always order online for the products and when I ask for the status of my order I never get a proper response from their end I always get a message that the website is down for upgrade and we will call you back very soon and provide you the information but I have never received any calls from them.
I would never like to buy from Woodland again if they do not improve their customer service. My order # 16089 is the one for which I have faced most trouble.
