I bought a pair of shoes from woodland store , navi mumbai and thought to take a valuable shoes so I bought one worth Rs. 2695 and within one week the pasting came out and the soles were almost worn out even I had not used so much and when I went to the store and raised complain , the salesperson started discussing with me that how I should use or how I should walk with shoes. I am not a kid and I and I have used branded shoes but this is not expected and also they send it for repair and told me that this might take 10 to 15 days as they send it to Delhi repair centre . Its really shocking that such a huge brand has to take 15 days to repair a shoe. Please improve quality
