Please avoid Woodline furniture on Intermediate Ring Road before the Koramangala Sony World Signal.
We had gone to buy a Dining Table. We liked a piece and paid an advance of 5K (should have been more prudent). When they delivered in the evening, the table had two dents on two sides.
We returned the table and asked them to give another model. They insisted that we had to take that very model and that they would give us a new piece. A day later when they showed us a new piece, very clearly it was the one that we had returned. The buggers had just done a very bad paint job on the two dents instead of changing the table top.
When we told them that we can take some other item for the 5K already paid, they refused to sell anything other than that table and also refused to refund the money. Over and above, they also threatened "do whatever you can, we are not going to give the money"!!
Both the lady (Shehnaz) and the staff (Ramesh) are very ill_behaved and dishonest. In spite of having a lawyer threatening them to take them to consumer court, they did not budge.We are not from Bangalore and hence don’t know enough influential people.
So our 5K is still with them!!
I would insist everyone to keep away from this shop.
