I have been a member of this club since an year.
Two word description about the marketing people for this club "Blood suckers " & "Cheaters"
(Remember this is about the marketing guys not the club staff"
I was trying to select a club & got a call from these guys. It was a good explanation before I joined(brain washed frankly spoken) followed by some complimentary dinner. I was told that the memberships were limited & only 3 were available( this was in begining of 2010).There were lot of followups for payments. Welcome gestures diminished once I settled my payment. I can clearly see the change in their attitudes when ever I go there. They hardly recognise us!. Too much delay in issuing membership cards. Absolute lack of communication between the club & marketing guys.
Even now in 2011 I see these marketing guys using old tactics by giving customers a wrong feedback that limited member ships are available. This should end!
By the way, club is not too crowded. Because of this fact they tend to invite outsiders on events, new year eves, festivals etc. Very little discount / margin between members & visitors. On the other hand monthly maintanance fee of 700 is very high. Bathrooms adjacent to swimming pool stink some times but a " So So club" for a family. Good thing is it has a decent crowd compared to other clubs in bangalore.
