I visited this Woody place with my friend around 7.15pm on a saturday, after running around in a bike a lot. We chose this because it looked grand (glassy) and lot of people were milling around the place. We were quite hungry and thought we were going to have a good dinner.
After entering inside, the main area looked full and we saw that there is a first floor. We wanted to go up, but didn’t know where
the steps were and there is nobody willing to offer any help. When we went up, that floor was also full. We caught hold of a waiter (there is no other staff) and he put us up in a 4 person table. So far so good.
We ordered dosa and poori and started waiting. We waited for 20 minutes before our food arrived !
We started eating. The food was of average quality. As we are in the middle of the dinner, the waiter came along with a group of four people who wanted to sit together. So he asked us to shift to the next 2-person table (which was just left by a couple & a child), yet to be cleaned. Following the Indian tradition of tolerance, we shifted to the dirty table and continued eating. My friend ordered chocolate icecream, which came after another 15 minutes. They were making it fresh I guessed, but apparently it wasn’t.
I really don’t want to talk about the mess they made while billing, starting from giving us a wrong bill.
