FIRST THINGS FIRST! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!
They overcharge you for absolutely horrible quality furniture.
They send the item late.
The items have no absolutely no finishing. They are not even fully polished.(See attached photos)
The items are chipped off in many places.
These lie to you that the products are brand new.
They are lying on their website that the products are made of teak wood.
They NEVER EVER respond to your emails or complaints.
When you call ask them to take this item back and refund your money, they stop answering your phone calls.
If you call more than once to complain, they block your number!
When you send them a written complaint, they refuse to accept the courier and return it to the sender. See the attachment of screenshot of my courier status where it says “PARTY REFUSED”.
In the attached photos, you will see that the item they sent does not even stand straight. It cannot take the weight of its own wood and it is tilted to the right side, because the wood is SO WEAK.
If I place even five books on this bookshelf, it will collapse! Such is their quality and THEY charged me Rs. 11, 000 for this piece of trash.
When you even TOUCH the bookshelf with ONE FINGER, the entire bookshelf starts shaking! And they expected you to keep books on it. Watch the attached video of the whole “bookshelf” shaking with the touch of a finger.

Just see how they say that the item is made of "teak wood"! Then please carefully see all the photos attached in this review to understand what this item looks like in real life. Then you decide if this disgusting quality furniture(without proper polishing and finishing) is really teak wood and is worth Rs.11, 000 - 12, 000.
I really can’t believe there are people giving positive reviews to this company on Mouthshut. They must definitely be fake reviewers who are hand in glove with this fraud company and are trying to cheat you out of your money.
And think about it. ALL these FAKE positive reviews were written within a span of two days. SOMEONE WAS WORKING OVERTIME TO CHEAT YOU.
So think for yourself. Can you trust you a company that overcharges you, takes your money, delivers a horrible quality product(very late), never replies to your emails, blocks your phone calls and does not accept your complaint letters?
I’m trying to reach out to as many review sites as possible because if I can save even one’s person’s hard-earned money, it will be worth it.
Believe me, do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. Buyers beware!
