Unprofessional behavior from the Woodys customer care.


First of all, you’ll not have any idea about the real status of your order.


The order has been hopping in between " Processing" and " Waiting for Refund" several times in the last 12 days. I had never initiated a refund.


Today I get to hear that the product cant be delivered as they dont have the item in stock, after repeated follow up.


This whole time they were playing with the order.


Its true from the below review that, they dont want to respond until its in their favour.


They dont give a damn to your to emails and calls. Infact the CSR [ Ravi ] said that they do not have a mail Id and they cannot write back on our queries / clarifications.


I’m writing this from a void that exists beyond the end of time.


Woodys is so lame, don’t know why it has 3.5 stars, terrible service and my unresolved issues mean I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.


If I could leave negative 2 stars I would.
