I was trying to purchase a voucher for Tanishq and the the app refused to redeem and incorrectly picked up an incorrect voucher which is of no use to me. While the incident was instantly reported to the company but they upfront refused to address the issue despite my genuine submission along with the supported facts. I wonder how this non customer centric organisation is still into existence cheating the customers having a poor customer support staff who hardly care about customer satisfaction.
