Pros They have fun mixers( parties) once a month.
Cons Management really doesn’t care about their employees and hence I think they have a really high iteration rate. There are a lot of internal politics that just work as an added pressure to the already extensive work load they dump on you. The leave policy policy is a scam. If you ask for leave you are made to feel like you are asking for a liver.
Advice to management Respect your employees a little.
