Buying world space radio was one of bad buys and experience of my life.we bought it from a hopeless stupid dealer in aurangabad on 4th of feb but friends to this date we never had the pleasure of listening to it .First we were sold a faulty unit, it was not even registered in our name.When the radio unit started making static noises, I phoned the toll free number only then I came to know about the dealer cheating me.
Twice it was sent to pune for repairs but no use.the dealer then gave me a old unit and tried pressuring me to take it, which I resisted and eventually the subscription for that also ran out in 3-4 days .finally they did give me a new unit, but now a new problem , the channels are locked.each procedure takes 15-20 days time, , dealer takes his sweet time to come and see, no coordination with pune office.
I must be knowing names of all the staff in pune office , for the number of times I have spoken on toll free number, only sweet talk and no action.On top of that now they are hounding us from bangalore office to renew our subscription.if you have Fm in your city don’t even go near world space.
