I renewed my worldspace service for a 6 month period by paying Rs.1000. This was in last week of feb 07. Their support engineer came, fixed the stuff, collected the money and promised the passwords would be sent in a couple of days time. I recd the passwords. so far so goodBut the passwords DIDNT work. Now for the past 1 month I have been trying to reach these people. Whenever I try calling the 24 hour customer support number, I get a message that all their support staff are busy attending other customers.
Very very hard to believe becuase I even tried calling once at Midnight! Yeah you guessed it, all of them still assisting other customers!!The number listed on their website (office contact), well...that number does not seem to exist.I tried their email feedback form to elicit some answer. I did get one reply (an automated thank-you-for-emailing-us message)I cant think of a worse service provider than this one. IMO, you are better of with FM radio...Iam now contemplating approaching the consumer court to try and get my money back.
