I got the BPL DIVA Model yesterday. I hooked it up and was impressed with its Quality of transmission. Since its a Satellite based transmission it needs a Line of site position with the satellite. This is a major trouble and a drawback with the system. The problem being that my hall i.e where I have my Music system and my home theatre system is in the Opposite side of South East. so I cant keep the Receiver with my music system and am forced to listen to music from the small receiver speakers which isnt impressive and are soft. And the antennas which they boast of saying Outdoor antenna thats the Yagi Uda Antenna needs a cable for the connection and Obviously after having done up your home and having all wires in their place, you wouldnt want to Run another Long wire across your home hanging from one wall to another and behind doors etc. that makes Yagi Uda antenna useless. So why cant they design a wireless Antenna with a wireless transmitter and a receiver in between the receiver and the Antenna which will make life simple and sorted. Its a little difficult to design at these frequencies but still it isnt impossible. I am sure people will surely buy it and is of an immense utility. Otherwise the radio is a good gadget minus its Subscription Charges !!!
