2 years ago I did a HKG trip with Wow. It was professional; hence decided to do a longer luxury trip to Spain and Mediterranean Cruise approx. 20 days
It was a shocker. A horrible penny pinching or humorously bottom pinching trip organised by Wow.
Did the tickets through Wow Sister concern at a higher price and they even later changed my seat no and asked to pay INR 5500 for seat booking.
The whole trip was substandard while Wow took payment of a Luxury trip; and got off season discounts and group discounts.
It was like a 1970 school economy trip
Seville Hotel Rooms: Awful they were B N B with substandard breakfast. The maximum stay was in Seville 3 nights
No water, no kettle in most of the rooms. Basic facilities we were deprived of.
At 9.30 pm when we reach the hotel tired, saw the horrible rooms we all literally staged a walkout.
A 62 year lady started crying who paid for single occupancy saying look at the awful room and told the wow buddy she wanted to fly back.
The wow buddy promised to look and changed her room, but what about us and others. There was another lady who paid single occupancy and her room was not changed.
Size of Rooms: Closet so imagine twin sharing.
Toilets: When one had a bath; one had to leave the room; as the other person could see into the toilet.
Travel time: Extensive by road which we could have easily taken a flight.
Facts: When we visited Spain it was not season; so there was no tourism much and the hotels were empty including where we stayed and the neighbouring ones too . We also showed the Wow buddy by google searching on trip advisors.
Many of us also put the reviews of the hotel on trip advisor there and then as we were so angry at being treated like cattles by Wow and the hotel staff who told us to keep quiet.
One person wrote you an email in the middle of the night to Sumitra; with no response; so you can imagine our plight in a foreign country.
At 11 pm we were tired with travelling, horrible rooms and on top of it we were sent to find our own food and water, when everything was closed literally as the tourist season had not yet started. We slept literally hungry.
Spain complete lets move to the Mediterranean Cruise
Mediterranean Cruise:
We paid for a luxury room on the cruise. Check cruise fares and what was charged to us.
The cruise rooms were on the 2nd deck smaller than a staff room .
Imagine we were on twin sharing and the toilet a size of a cubicle . Healthy people by size would not be able to enter the shower cubicle
Many felt giddy and sea sick.
We had to buy water.
The excursions which we paid Rs 60, 000 per person separate was substandard .
Top it all, the wow buddy did not even realise for 3 hours that someone was left behind.
The wow buddy did not have a local no and only when the lady was lost the wow buddy decided to got a local no late in the evening.

The lady who got lost did not even know proper english. I shudder to think if it was my family member
The above are facts which can be corroborated anytime.
Did I feel taken care of as a wow traveller. No.
Attitude of Wow: Unbothered. Callous attitude.
50% of our trip money should be returned.
The whole focus was not on the travellers or the trip; but how to maximise profits as if the world was coming to an end or Wow was closing down.
