This company caters to women who want to travel on their own, its only meant for the rich ladies who have a lot of money to splurge and tick boxes that they have seen and been to places. They think they know it all, but people who have already travelled far and wide will stifle under their supervision. They do not know simple rules like when on a cruise, you do not need Turkey visa for just a few hours on the shore; hence travellers spend on the visa.
They do not read rules and do not follow instructions. I travelled with them on their cruise in October 2016 and had a horrible experience. they did not know that the check-in to the cruise has timelines and they were OK with me landing at the Venice airport an hour before the ship departed from the Venice port. No consideration for the time one takes to collect the bag, take a taxi and travel by road for 15-20 minutes.
There are many stories, but no space. I just had one trip with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who has travelled on their own before. Maybe a first-timer who doesn’t know anything - they can be good.
