Beware of traveling with THE WOW CLUB - WOMEN ON WANDERLUST (https://facebook.com/wowclub)...a Delhi based travel group owned by Sumitra Senapaty, specialising in conducting tours only for women. I had a harrowing experience traveling with them on a 10 day European cruise on Royal Caribbean ship Serenade of the Seas in October 2014.
With no proper communication and an inept, inexperienced and an inconsiderate tour manager Rajitha Kutty to accompany them I was left alone on the ship to fend for myself with absolutely no courtesy to check on the needs of an injured person (I hurt my knee just before boarding the cruise- done MRI now its a ligament tear).
Worse, they even refuse to refund the shore excursions amounting to over Rs.41, 500/- booked through WOW which I could not go on inspite to informing them on the first day of injury itself. Even though the onboard Shore Excursion Manager said that it should be refunded. Royal Caribbean refunds shore excursion on the same day if u dont want to go for sight seeing for any reason.
Most of my cruise companions are totally disgusted the way she conducted herself & the trip. Three ladies were left on Islands during city tours. Senior citizens were ignored. We havent got receipts of the fullpayment made. I had to constantly be after this Tour Manager for Hotel booking letter, cruise booking letter & so many details pertaining to the trip.
Very Unprofessional from the get go!!
NOT AT ALL A WOW TRIP!
Shame on you WOW.
