I purchased Wrangler jeans from one of it’s showroom and the customers are welcomed too fairly in their showroom. I choose one of the distressed denim and the jeans look good in style and design and the shade was somehow sky bluish with cream colour shade on knee. I wore it for 3 days and get it washed. After 3-4 washes I saw that the distressed gets torn and the skin can be seen from the jeans and it became totally visible which is proof that the quality of the jeans is very bad and the material used is also of cheap quality. I visited the showroom because it wasn’t a month passed and the price of jeans was Rs.1600 with Rs. 100 discount I got it for Rs. 1500. I shown them and explained but they refused to repair or to change the denim and then I complained on the website of Wrangler but got no reply from their customer care representative and I got message that, You will be conatcted by our team within 24 hours but no reply from them. I tailored it from local shop and it costs me around 200 rupees extra because there were too many distressed part in that jeans. I am really disappointed by tge services and the product quality of Wrangler. Never recommend anyone to purchase any product of this brand.
