Dear friends, recently, upon a small request from my colleagues for a fun party, I have ordered for 3 nos of ’’X-RAY VISION!!! SEE THROUGH ---------’’ from Baazee. the ordered details are as follows:200406011009816, 200406011009707, 200406011009745 dated 01.june, 2004 and the seller is BETANERDZ TEAM OF KOTTAYAM.


The payment was made through credit card of one of my colleague and instantly the details were appeared in his statement. Now, the confusion started from here onwards. As there is no trace of the despatch details, the matter was reported to baazee from 2nd week of june onwards. like a mad dog, constantly I have reminded baazee, surprisingly, they have diverted the problem to an another vendor where I bought some items.


The most awesome portion is that, they have responded to one of mails as ’’ We are taking necessary care in your case. SO stay calm.’’


Dated: Wed, 16 Jun 2004 23:55:21 +0530, as if we are the beggers. After a delay of 16 days the seller says, they are taking necessary care. This is the way the sellers behave. I wrote to them several times indicating that I will go to consumer form for the cyber crimes they do. Shamelessly, neither the BAAZEE nor the BETANERDZ OF KOTTAYAM have kept cool without refunding the sum. Actually, the main purpose of ordering the item is defeated, hence, no more require the item.


It is not understood still, why baazee has not refunded the sum. Are they poor for Rs. 306/-. baazee suggests that I should login and then go to that, this, then that, etc., it is not worth to spare that much time. Their approach seem like ’’making circles in a round room for a corner to sit’’. When all the details are available with baazee why they themselves could not report this matter with such cheating sellers? why I should do, when my mails are hitting them every alternate day? what is the protection they do to the uneducated customers like me?


I am sure, the same seller may change his name & address and again will cherish in this type of cheating business with baazee. so, in nutshell, ’’LOOK UP & DOWN BEFORE YOU CLICK’’. The conditions they incorporated in the ’’protection’’ can be understood by professionals and not by any common man. for the convenience of the readers, I am pasting one of the mails herewith sent & received to/from baazee. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mr Prasad Thank you for writing to us. THE SERVICE OF BAAZEE ON COMPLAINT IS VERY VERY LOW / USELESS / POOR AND NOT AT ALL UP TO THE MARK. SO THE RATING FOR YOUR SERVICE IS ’’INEFFICIENT & USELESS’’.


REFER MY E-MAILS ON THIS. SO CHEAPLY, BAAZEE WANTS TO RATING ON THE PRODUCT. BAAZEE SHOULD PULL ITS SOCKS FIRST UP TO THE MARK BEFORE ASKING THE BUYER FOR RATING. NEVER SEND ME ANY MAIL TILL YOU REFUND THE COMPLETE SUM FOR YOUR CHEAP TRICKS. MY COMPLAINT IS ALSO ENCLOSED TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORY. WHEN I HAVE CLEARLY MENTIONED ABOUT THE PURCHASE DETAILS, YOU HAVE DIVERTED THE PROBLEM TO ’’PULSEVALUE’’. THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE SELLER ’’BETANERDZ’’ FOR ’’X-RAY VISION’’. I HAVE BEEN GIVING SPOON FEEDING INFORMATION BUT YOU ARE UNABLE TO RECEIVE OR IGNORING AND POSING AS IF YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE. NOW IT IS EVIDENT, THAT BAAZEE IS INTERESTED TO COLLECT MONEY ON BEHALF OF ITS SELLER BUT CARES NOTHING FOR THE BUYER OR BAAZEE IS PROTECTING THE SELLER ONE SIDED AND NOT AT ALL SHIELDING THE POOR BUYER. IF THE MSG IS NOT CLEAR EVEN AFTER THIS, GOD CAN’T SAVE BAAZEE.
