I have shared many reviews(more than 15 reviews) on Mouthshut.com in the month of August 2015 and I was promised & expected the Prize money by 15th September 2015. I have provided all necessary documents & Bank Account details as well for them to ensure the smooth payment without any issues.
But, Mouthshut hasn’t payed and on top that they have requested for KYC documents once again though; I have provided already.
Once again I have shared all necessary doc and waited for the prize money. They have not updated payment status or delay in payment.
I have sent an email( contests@mouthshut.com) with all the details and requested for payment. They have responded saying that; I have not submitted the KYC doc and I got delayed due to that. They will process the money in next payment cycle.
I waited for next cycle 1st Oct 2015 and they haven’t paid. Again I sent an email to them and waited.
Again some response saying that there is a delay in payment and I will get in another 4 to 6 working days.
I have sent may email to them for the money and finally they have transferred the prize amount on 4th Nov 12015.
I hope; every one will get the money, but we have to wait a lot for the same.
Hello Mouthshut Official; please intimate the users about their prize money payment status and let us know if there are any delays in the payment schedule.
