Pathetic service, it seems these guys do not care for their customers. I had ordered for 2 bottles of ervamatin on 1st sept 2009- from indore head office of wws, paid online using my credit card and now it is past 22 days I have not received the product I ordered for, I have made hundreds of calls to know the status, the standard reply I get is "
Sir, it is not in stock and when available we will get in touch with you". Surprisingly the bangalore office has stock and will not deliver unless the indore office instructs them to do so.......... god knows how long does it take to lift the phone and call them.
I try to can cel my placed order and the reply I get is it can’t be cancelled..........bull s**t talks To save some money I placed and order mad ethe payment and now I am repenting, I have been using their product for the last 4 years and now this is the limit....... a big learning The executives or the help support employed is not at all capable of handling such situations
