I have ordered some medicines from this online portal by making online payment.
this site don’t give any order number, any reference number or anything else that could be use to track the order made.
they even don’t have any sign in option so after any order the user can sign in and see the details regarding their orders.
there are many numbers on the website for the customer care, each time I called them they had asked me about the order number but their website does not give any order number.
most of the time they don’t pick up the call and if anyhow they pick it they cut it after knowing that the call is for order tracking.
worse service and fraudulent behavior.
