A few days ago I has ordered a product on xank. It was scheduled to arrive at my place on 2nd june, but in turn it arrived to my location yesterday. I had called the customer service number several times but it was of no use. They didn’t pick up the phone. And finally when I opened the poor packaging to check my product ifound that it was completely damages with torn sheets of warranty and guarantee papers. It was a terrible experience, shopping on this site.
