I am joined this survey website from last three years and I am doing survey when recieved .
But I got only one time reward from this website because very low point and awarded and qualification are very low so very slow teach to reward radeempation.
And now in may month I am reached to another reward so I am radeem on 27 may 2020 and wait to receive but I m still waiting .
CUSTOMER SERVICE -very very poor because I am sending them 10+ request to regarding my reward by mail and chat box but no any reply or not solve my issues.
Finally I am call them and tell my issues -
First time I am call them than says tell your issu and details than I am sove this so in am tell my details and wait to thier response .
So I am call again next day and same tell them than thier executive says he will done my reward within this week but now over two weeks I am still waiting for my reward .
