I first chose X drive nearly two years ago because
the product looked interesting because you could store all
of your files in one little drive on the net and download
them to a different computer from anywhere. I loved it at
first until I started backing up my .mp3’s and executables.
I thought it would be an easy way for my friends to get my
files and my teachers to get my homework assignments if I
forgot them at home. Well the schools filters blocked out the
site and it took forever for me to upload any large files
because of my slow connection.
Then I downloaded the XDrive Desktop program and that was
even slower than the website and it froze up on me constantly.
I couldn’t back up my files anymore so I just gave up on it.
It is terribly overrated.
