I’ve travelled in this cab two times.
We can book taxi either by calling them, or logging into their website/android app.
The cab driver was punctual and cordial in my case.
Also, they will charge the correct amount, as stipulated by Xen cabs; i.e, no price discrimination to anybody.
The only thing, I disliked, was:the cab driver, both these occasions, had not given me balance amount.The amount payable was Rs 820/-, I tendered Rs 900;but the driver had not given me the balance amount;even though I had not asked for it.
