Good smartphones but worst customer service

I’d bought this phone and was really happy as it was having one of the best specs in the market at that time. UI( user interface) was great and i’d faced no lag as such. Now the real issue came, when I accidently dropped it on the floor and its screen got cracked. Well i’ve done the same thing which every one did i.e visited service centre for it. My mind was blown away with the prices they told me. Moreover, as per their inspection my motherboard had some issues which needs to be replaced. This whole would cost be around me about Rs 11000. I have agreed to pay the amount and submitted my phone to them the same day.


Now the real problem begins, so as per requested i’ve contacted service centre after 2 weeks, first of all they didn’t picked up my calls but after numerous tries, I finally succed. They told me to wait for 2 weeks more as they have to order spare parts china so it will take some time. I did the same as instructed.


Again after 2 weeks ( total 4 weeks later ) still they have no clue whatsoever where are the parts and where is my cell. In out of frustation, I went there and grab my cell phone back. Poor customer service and no prior intimation leads to great disaster when one are dealing with customer’s. So I went back with my cell and get my spare parts from local market.


Wrote a mail to there customer support but no response till date and as per their agent they will not responsible for these delays as it depends on service centre to another.


I must say these cell phones are good in fact great but after sale services are worst. They will not take care of you or your cell phone after successful sale. One should keep in mind that after sale services matter alot when it comes to electronics product.
