SERVICE / REPLACEMENT / RETURN of Xiomi Note3 Pro

This is in form all the buyers who intend to Buy Xiomi products


I have purchased Xiomi Note3 Pro through Amazon.in on 06/04/2016 and I received the product on 24/04/2016.


On dated 25/05/2016, the charger was working and the phone is not getting charged.


Matter was informed to Amazon & they want ot say 10 days replacement warrenty / Free replacement is over and I have to contact Xiomi india for further assistance


Contacting Xiomi through mail or Toll free number is a great task. when ever you write a mail you will receive auto response and the action from their part is NIL. The Toll free number always remains always busy.


After 3 days try I could get the toll free number and they provided number for pick service


The pick up service person contacted  and provided one reference number.


With that reference number still I am waiting for them to contact me, for sending the mobile for service through pickup service.


Such a detailed report is given, only make the persons interested to buy Xiomi products.


Contacting xiomi is highly impossible, in the event of your device needs any service.


Even if the cost is slightly Higher, Please buy it from your local area and do not buy anything from the online stores.
