I am very tech savy and while searching on everywhere I came up with one solution in budget . That was xiaomi mi4 phone. It runs like smooth as you never ever think of any phone to be so so fast while doing multitasking. Of course you can’t get this feature of phone in just 19000. Super fast, very good Display. Can you imagine 3GB RAM. I have been using this from September 2015 and runs like Ferrari. Never had a problem like: hang, never got deadlock situation.
Finally xiaomi brought this one a great deal.
Really suggest you to buy it if you have the following requirement :
Budget below 20000
Camera that can take pictures with quality but you don’t need to focus. Take pictures first. No need to focus. So fast.
