4th edition of xiaomis flagship, xiaomi mi4 improves upon the already ground breaking mi3. Let me classify the review into different categories.
Display
Mi4 sports a full HD( 1920x1080) sharp display. This is one of the best displays currently available for this price bracket. Viewing angles are great which is not a surprise being a IPS( in pane switching) display.
Camera
Mi4 has a 13mp rear and 8mp front cameras and the sensors comes from Sony. So it’s not a surprise to see that this phone shoots pretty decent pictures. The camera however stutters in low light photography.
Soc( system on a chip)
Mi4 has snapdragon 801 which is a quad core processor based on krait 400 architecture. This is accompanied by 3gb of RAM. The phone handles all day to day tasks easily and performs well even in heavy games.
Build and design
The phone sports a magnesium alloy frame which provides strength to the overall structure. The design is quite ergonomic.
Finally I would like to recommend this phone to anybody who doesn’t want a dual sim functionality and expandable storage. The phone although supports OTG
