I would like to inform you that I purchased MI 4C Pro 32 Inch TV offline on 19th feb 2023 and my product is under warranty.Still I am not getting any support from the company to fix the issue of my TV.
I have attached the TV issue and invoice of the product for your reference.

Issue Detail: When we turn on the TV, some RGB colors(Red, Green, Yellow) start blinking on the screen and most of the time scrollbar in the TV automatically starts moving downwards.
Executive visited: Customer executive visited, recorded the issue and said that some parts will have to be replaced and we will have to get it from the company.
Service center Response: Service center team closed my ticket after two-three days without giving any reason to me.
