My colleague ordered this phone from merimobiles, as his secondary phone so I got this for using for 3 weeks.with this time xiaomi bumped uped the display to quad hd covering 5.7 with 515 ppi .display panel is plenty sharp with great viewing angles, the colors are accurate with no color shifting only one problen is outdoor visibility is average.
This phone is powered by snapdragon 810 clocked at 1.5 ghz( low powered first 4 cores) and 2.0ghz( high powered next 4 cores) chipset( 64 bit) with adreno 430 gpu with 4gb of ram a well known down side of this chip is heating issues. Though recent updates have reduced the heating.In daily usage there is no heating but in intense browsing and gaming it gets pretty warm.only available in 64gb varient.
Camera: its has a rear facing 13mp camera unchanged from last model, the image quality was great in good lighting conditions, it also has a 4k video recording with smooth video and ample of details with lots of features in camera app.In front it has 4mp camera with 2 micron pixels in size pic were good.
Ui and performance: the miui has tons of features almost each and everything is customizable, but this slows down the perfromance a little bit, but still apps open up fast no lag in multi tasking.
One thing to note that xiaomi is releasing the mi5 nxt month it has a bit upgraded specs so performance will be better in it and it will availabe in stores like flipkart and amazon but mi note pro is available on merimonlies where their service is unkown.so u can go for mi note pro or wait till mi5 launches.
