I have bought xiaomi mi pad 2 months before at 12999/- rs. I have came through this product after lots of reseach on tablets. This tablet cames with best features in this price segment.
It cames Decent looks with powerful hardware.
This are some pros and cons of the product.
PROS
>Superb display with 326 ppi and corning gorilla glass 3
>6700 mAh battery which lasts hours of use and full charge takes 1-1.5 hr
>stereo speakers pretty loud and clear
>Nvidia Tegra K1 with 2.2 Ghz quad-core processor and 2 gb ram works smooth even with multitasking and big games like asphalt 8 and real racing 3 with high graphics.
>camera which is 8 MP rear and 5 MP FRONT which is upto mark for taking photos but best with video calling which can be done by variuos online apps.
> 16 Gb inbuilt and 128 gb external storage capacity simply great.
CONS
> build quality- some plastic fibre material, so have to carry case for the safety.
> no sim slot, no cellular connectivity so u have to use wi-fi only for internet access.
> non-removable battery.
> NO GPS
> MIUI user interface takes time to get handy when u firstly use it. Menus and etc are bit confusing
> It still comes with android kitkat version which is not to relevant. You can not transfer apps to memorycard. Etc.
