I bought Mi pad 3 months ago from mi.com and it was an excellent tablet until when I dropped it accidentally and the screen shattered.
I thought I was lucky enough that I purchased Mi protect while purchasing this tablet and raised an issue with OneAssist team to give me a replacement and they frankly denied the replacement giving lame excuses and their customer support is worst, now they are asking to ship me the product so that they can give a replacement, now how can I trust them wether they will replace or deny the service.
