U can use a mobile phone wil a display size of 4.5 inch to 5.7 inch. There is a zip which u have to open to insert your phone inside and then close the zip it will hold your phone securely the experience is immersive it will make you feel like you are sitting in a theatre alone it is just amazing there are bunch og 360° video on YouTube you can check that out too it is amazing. All things are good expect you can’t use it for a very long period. if you want to experience virtual reality go for it you will love it I guarantee it.
