Xiaomi redmi 2 prime design is not that good and there is no difference between with Redmi 2 and Redmi 2 prime the more you look for difference in design the more you disappointed. It’s like a twin brother from one mother. Although one brother born in China where as Redmi 2 prime is born in india as part of Make in India project launched by Prime minister Narendra Modi.

The volume and power key are on right side of phone and 3.5mm jack on top and micro usb charging point on bottom.The back side of phone have not slippery which is good and mi logo at centred and 8 MP camera lens.Specifications and Software
It is quietly cleared when redmi 2 prime launched that there is not a difference between redmi 2 and redmi 2 prime only increase amount of RAM and internal storage. The phone powered by same Qualcomm snapdragon 410 quad core processor with 2 GB of RAM and Andreno 306 GPU for good flawless gaming experience.
The phone is still 4.7 inch 720* 1280 fully laminated panel 8 megapixel camera on back and 2 Mp camera on front both can capture a good quality images. The phone is backed with 2200 mAh battery.
The phone has 4G dual sim capability and all basic connectivity options it has.
It ships with Android 4.4.4 with miui 6 although Android version is old but miui versions are ahead from android and gives the same specs in very early stages.
Performance.
The phone’s performance never let us down it is too fast as it can be, although there can be little bit lag but it’s acceptable.

Although the phone is perfect for a budget but all things is not perfect below are the some things
The sound from speaker is not clear means although it’s loud enough but it’s not clear which makes sounds crack.
The front camera is not good though.
The design of phone is somewhat not good.
